Natalie Silva

Natalie began her career in the financial services industry in 2008. She has served as a recruiter, a financial professional,  Director of Operations, and currently as our Director of Business Development. She has a proven track record for implementing successful marketing strategies that drive excellence, new business, engagement, and retention. She also coordinates our client appreciation events, marketing events, and is always coming up with new ways to keep our clients connected.

Natalie was born with Cerebral Palsy and has a passion for giving back to the special needs community. She is a community partner for The Wow Center Miami and on the Advocacy Board for Parent to Parent of Miami. She knows firsthand how important Special Care Planning is and shares her story to help others take action.

Natalie also enjoys traveling every chance she gets and loves to experience new cultures. She hopes to one day say she has traveled the whole world!
